Our Studio

Purpose-built rooms, attentive teachers and a clear route from introductory training to confident performance.

A practical, personal way to train

Studio discipline without the distance

Fernquill Creative Academy combines the care of a neighbourhood school with the working rhythm of a rehearsal space. New dancers begin with clear foundations, while experienced students can deepen technique, join open labs and prepare for troupe auditions.

Memberships include a termly coaching review and a structured plan. Regular stage practice lets dancers apply what they learn beyond the mirror and understand how movement reads in a room.

Two studios and a stage — sprung maple, full-length mirrors and a 60-seat black-box room.
Training across the week — daytime technique, evening classes and focused weekend sessions.
Room for individual feedback — each class is capped at fourteen dancers per coach.

Your route through the academy

Three steps from first visit to performance

1 · Explore & place

Try an open class and speak with a coach. We recommend the level that offers enough support, challenge and room to progress.

2 · Build through the term

Across twelve weeks, technique, musicality and repertory develop together. A regular coaching review keeps the plan useful and specific.

3 · Share the work

Each term closes with an academy presentation. Dancers ready for a longer performance track can also prepare for troupe auditions.
